Every time I render a webm video my heart bleeds when I look at the quality of the video. :'( 

Anyway, there's a spider web in the upper-left corner now. 

At first, I was like yeah let's put a spider web there. But wait, who made that web? wouldn't it be only natural for the web to have a spider?

So a joyful feature creep rolled in and I made an animated spider. So then I had to make the spider have some sort of AI, so it wouldn't just hang in there reminding you it's only a dumb video game, no - our tiny spidey here looks around, move from there to there.

And is very scared of mouse cursors and he tries to run away if he can (and sometimes, instead of running away he just spins around, trying to get the cursor off his back).

He serves no fucking purpose whatsoever. 

But isn't he nice to have? :D
